Soiree was created by seasoned wedding planner,
Heidi Anderson. Emerging from the acclaimed California Culinary Academy, Heidi's principles for excellence were molded by her early experience at some of the world's most prestigious destinations. It was in the kitchens of Miraval, Life in Balance, AZ. and Stein Erikson Lodge, Deer Valley, UT, that she found a passion for creativity and perfection, taught by her mentors.
Expertise in weddings and catering developed further with her career at Wine Cask Inc, Santa Barbara, CA. It was here Heidi planned numerous extravagant weddings and events, many involving celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey, David Crosby, Ivan Reitman, Jeff Bridges and Kirk Douglas.
In Santa Fe, Heidi has a history in commercial kitchens and as a private chef for prominent local families. She brought her knowledge and skills as an established event planner from Santa Barbara, and continued her career with Bishop's Lodge, a premier wedding venue. After hundreds of successful weddings and happy clients, Heidi saw an opportunity to launch her concept, and thus Soiree was created to provide the same excellence in wedding planning she has been providing to her clients for years. - view The Knot Article
